  1. Acknowledgement and acceptance of terms
    By accessing www.stewartinstitute.com, you acknowledge and fully understand and freely consent to the Stewart Institute for Infertility's terms and conditions as follows. These policies are subject to change and we encourage you to check this page periodically for updates.
  2. Content and Copyright

    All content, including images, video, and written materials, presented on our site is controlled by The Stewart Institute for Infertility. Any reproduction including copying, publishing, modifications, and distributions of material from this site is strictly prohibited, with the following exception:

    Permission is hereby granted to reprint quotations from this website up to one hundred and fifty words in length provided that such quotations are not altered or edited in any way and provided that an appropriate credit line which includes the www.StewartInstitute.com web site and copyright notice are included.
  3. Privacy
    We respect and are committed to your privacy and are committed to keeping all personal and financial information about you private. We use encrypted, secure ordering that helps to protect your information from unauthorized use. The information you provide will not be shared with or sold to anyone. It will be used as you intended, for internal purposes only, to process and ship your order and to serve your needs as a customer.
  4. Shipping/Handling
    We ship your order to you using the method we determine will be most efficient and cost-effective and may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other commercial carriers.
    • Continental United States: Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. Free shipping offers are sent by our standard method. Flat rate cost per order is currently $2.95/order. Express 1-2 day service delivery service by the USPS is available for an additional cost of $19.95.
    • Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: An additional surcharge may apply to your order.
    • International Orders: Shipping costs and details require arrangements on a per shipment basis and restrictions may apply. There may be customs and import duties imposed by local governments which will usually be collected before the shipment is completed. All payments to The Stewart Institute for Infertility for merchandise or shipping must be made in U.S. Dollars.
  5. Payment
    We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for online, telephone, FAX or US mail transactions. You may order by mail and pay by check or money order, but your order will be delayed by the time necessary for bank processing.
  6. Returns
    We want you to be happy with all of your purchases. If you change your mind about a product you have purchased and have not used that item, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of the original shipment. Please send a brief explanation of the reason for your return to help us serve you better. Merchandise held beyond 30 days may not be returned.

    Return shipments should be sent prepaid and insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned. Shipment tracking and delivery verification is suggested, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach our office. Merchandise must be returned as received, in its original, saleable condition with all packaging, instructions, literature and attachments included. Items that are returned incomplete, with missing packaging, or that have been used, are not acceptable for return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be made in the manner in which payment was made. Credit card orders will be refunded to the account on which they were originally charged.
  7. Availability and Pricing
    We make a concerted effort keep all items in stock and available for shipment. If, however, an item you have ordered is discontinued or out of stock, we will advise you of your options to the best of our ability. Your account will not be charged for merchandise until it is shipped. When there are price changes, we will honor our posted price at the time of your order.
  8. Damage in Transit
    In the unfortunate event your shipment arrives in less-than perfect condition, please carefully preserve the shipping material and merchandise for inspection and documentation of your claim. Notify us within ten (10) days of the receipt of your damaged package with a complete description of the damage and we will initiate a claim for your shipment with the parcel service involved. Usually the parcel service will pick up the complete shipment for inspection and determination of the disposition of the claim. When your claim is honored, you will be given the choice of a replacement or a refund.
